Geoff Richards comes from a 10+ year background in the hospitality and tourism industry where he focused on corporate events and sales for luxury hotel chains and boutique properties across Canada. Upon his arrival in Ottawa in 2016, he instantly fell in love with the small community charm and was drawn to the unique architecture and characteristics of the downtown core. Geoff has always been invested in the defining moments of people's lives, whether it was planning social gatherings or corporate events, he has always thrived under pressure and consistently delivered successful results when working with clients of all backgrounds. The last 24 months have allowed him the opportunity to rediscover his passion for real estate, and with his significant experience in negotiations, communication and customer service, the transition to residential sales is a natural fit. He can't wait to bring his expertise to this new venture and looks forward to representing his clients in one of life's greatest acquisitions. In his free time, Geoff loves spending time with his wife and one year old son and exploring the beautiful outdoors around our region.
